Natural Chemistry - Filter Perfect Pool and Spa Filter Cleaner 1 L

Filter Perfect is a highly concentrated deep cleaning solution that removes deep set oils, grease, and scum build-up on pool and spa filters. It is very effective on cartridge elements, DE filter grids and sand filters. Filter Perfect improves filter efficiency and lengthens cycles between filter cleaning. Filter Perfect contains SMARTZyme technology.

SMARTZyme technology wastes no time breaking down non-living organic materials. A small amount of Natural Chemistry's enzymes can treat large amounts of water due to their ability to bind to non-living organic contaminants and reduce them to smaller and smaller parts, breaking them down to their original components such as carbon dioxide and water.

Directions For Use

Cartridge Elements or DE filter grids

1. Remove cartridge elements or DE grids from filter tank and hose off loose material
2. In a pail, bucket or trash container with 5-10 gallons of water, add 1L bottle of Filter Perfect
3. Place cartridge elements or DE grids in solution and soak for a minimum of 6 hours (preferably overnight)
4. Remove from solution and rinse thoroughly
5. Note: Clean cartridge elements should be allowed to dry before re-installing

Sand Filters

1. Have pump running and filter in backwash mode. Adjust suction to come primarily from skimmer, not main drain
2. Add 1L bottle of Filter Perfect to skimmer or pump basket
3. Once contents of bottle have entered the filter, turn pump off and put valve in either close or filter position, for a minimum of 6 hours
4. Turn pump on with filter set to backwash, run until water flows clear (Do NOT allow pump to run dry)
5. Return filter to normal operation
